-Monthly business sales greater than $10,000 (previous statements required)

–Before shipment, buyers must complete a simple signup & activation step via a brief process

–Buyer must use the NEW merchant processing account that is included with this device.  *The device is NOT usable with another merchant processing account

-If the buyer wants to cancel the merchant account after receiving the device, they must either pay the full retail price for the device, or, return the device in the same condition they received it

-If the buyer owns other devices, those devices can potentially be reprogrammed to process on the new processing account
